Meet Ellie

The leadership coach that knows you, ready wherever you need it.

Ellie brings Elevate's coaching into Claude. Describe the situation you are actually in and get the answer Elevate would give, with the class that covers it.

Works inside Claude, with the account you already have.

Knowing what to do and doing it on Tuesday at 2pm are two different things

You can watch the class on tough conversations and still freeze when the conversation is in front of you. Ellie is there for the second part.

"I have a 1:1 with someone who has gone quiet on me. How do I open it?"

"I need to tell someone their work is not good enough. I have been putting it off."

"I just became my friends' manager. How do I not make this weird?"

How it works

Three steps, once

After that you just talk to her, in the window you are already writing in.

No app to open, nothing to install, and no special way of phrasing things. If you can describe the situation to a colleague, you can describe it to Ellie.

Step one

Connect Ellie

Add her to Claude from the connector directory. About a minute.

Step two

Describe what is happening

The situation, in your words. The 1:1 that is going sideways, the conversation you have been avoiding, the promotion you cannot give.

Step three

Get Elevate's answer

Grounded in Elevate's classes rather than the general internet, with the right class at the right moment and how long it runs.

What is inside

The same classes Elevate teaches inside Anthropic and Samsung

Every answer comes out of the Elevate Academy library. Ellie does not go looking anywhere else.

Without reinforcement, people forget nearly 70% of what they learn within a month. Ellie is the reinforcement, at the moment the thing is actually happening.

Open questions on this draft

  1. The three example questions. These come from Elevate's most-watched classes. Real manager quotes would be stronger. They also become the example prompts Anthropic shows on the directory listing, so they get chosen once.
  2. The answers above are written, not generated. Asked these three questions today, the live Ellie returns "How to Let Someone Go With Grace" for the first two, which is a class about firing someone. The third it gets right. That is a separate piece of work, already measured and under way.
  3. Nothing on this page links out to a class. The thumbnails are the real cover art from elevateleadership.com, served from this page rather than hot-linked, and the titles and durations are real. Where the finished page sends someone who wants to watch is an open question: the library sits behind a login.
  4. 72 is today's count and it moves every month. Either the page says "the full library" or someone owns updating the number.
  5. The price is Lucy's call and it blocks the checkout page. The anchor already on the site: individual Academy access is $620 for twelve months, including monthly group coaching with Lucy. Also open is whether existing Elevate clients get Ellie included, which changes what this section says entirely.
  6. Naming Anthropic and Samsung in the "what is inside" heading is drawn from the client logos already on elevateleadership.com. Worth confirming it is fine to name them in this context.
  7. The documentation link goes nowhere yet. Anthropic's listing form requires a documentation page and a privacy policy address, and asks for a support contact. meri@elevateleadership.com already handles individual Academy purchases.
